Welcome back, Journey!

 
Today we welcomed back Journey, who was adopted a few months ago for a 10-yr-old girl. Unfortunately, while Journey didn't do anything wrong, she needs a confident rider who is willing to get after her a bit when riding alone, and the little girl had fallen hard for Fernando when trying them out. While they tried hard to encourage her to work with Journey, because she is a nice step up horse, it came to a point where they had to consider if it was better to exchange Journey for Fernando and keep encouraging a love of horses in the girl, or force her to work with Journey and maybe kill her love for horses.
I think the right choice was made and today Journey came back and Fernando went out to see if he is a better fit.
 
We're happy to have Journey back and know we will have no problem finding her the perfect home!
